US Millionaire Bryan Johnson Shocks Fans: Once a Pollution Critic, Now Obsessed With Garam Masala!

Bryan Johnson, the age-obsessed millionaire who left Nikhil Kamath’s podcast midway to complain about India’s pollution, has now added garam masala to his diet. Johnson is an American entrepreneur and venture capitalist who has recently gained attention for his ambitious anti-aging project known as “Project Blueprint.”
His routine consists of a strict diet, regular exercise, extensive medical testing, and various experimental treatments.
He revealed in an X post yesterday what he will be eating for the next few days. The menu features Blueprint Superfood Smoothie, Butternut Squash Soup with Roasted Apples and Carrots, and a Black Bean and Mushroom Bowl with Chickpea Rice.
Interestingly, his recipe for butternut squash soup includes a pinch of garam masala, an Indian spice mix used to add warmth and flavour to dishes.
Bryan Johnson on Indian food
Johnson has praised Indian cuisine in the past. “Power is shifting from football and fast food to health, science, and Indian cuisine,” he wrote in an X post in December 2024.
Despite this endorsement of Indian cuisine, the entrepreneur packed six days’ worth of food for his December trip to Mumbai and Bengaluru. “Many people ask me what I do with food when I travel. The first rule states that food is guilty until proven innocent. This is why I’ve brought with me to India every calorie I’ll need for six days,” he explained.
He listed longevity mixes, macadamia nut bars, lentils, pea soup, and matcha as examples of foods that follow his tried-and-true Blueprint diet.
The US millionaire maintains a strict diet and exercise routine as part of his anti-aging regimen. He follows a plant-based diet and fasts intermittently, eating all meals within a 6- to 8-hour window.
