BSNL Launches GSP/ASP Service for SMEs Large Businesses

New Delhi: On Tuesday, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL), a state-owned telecommunications company, announced the launch of its GSP (GST Suvidha Provider) and ASP (Application Service Provider) services across India. This initiative, in collaboration with Taxmann Publications, aims to support small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as well as large corporations in adapting to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) system.

BSNL explained that the service includes application software designed to help businesses manage GST requirements effortlessly. The software allows users to record invoices using a computer, handheld device, or smartphone, while also handling tasks such as preparing and filing GST returns, generating GST payment challans, and resolving invoice mismatches.

“This service is specifically designed to cater to small traders, shopkeepers, and SMEs in remote areas throughout India,” BSNL stated.

Currently offered free of charge to BSNL customers, the GSP/ASP service can be accessed through the company’s official website by selecting “GSP SERVICE” under the GST section. Users need to provide basic details such as their name, BSNL phone number, and email address to begin using the service, the company added.
